Saturday, September 6, 2008 was a night of fine wine and dining while this amazing event benefited Broward Partnership for the Homeless.
At a whopping $3,000, people purchased tables for themselves and 8 of their guests. Each Party started out with a cocktail reception and when the clock stroked 7pm, each table host drew numbers from a champagne bucket that corresponds to a limousine waiting out front. HOW COOL IS THAT?? It gets better...., all the Chauffeurs were sworn to secrecy, so they didn't tell anyone which restaurant they were being brought too! Each party was delivered to one of eleven restaurants in South Florida.
They were: Chops Lobster Bar (Boca Raton), Grill Room (Las Olas), Truluck’s Seafood (Boca Raton), Steak & Crab, 3030 Ocean | Marriott’s Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Eduardo de San Angel, Riley McDermott’s, Trina Restaurant & Lounge | The Atlantic Hotel & Spa, Aizia, Casa D’Angelo, Café Maxx, and Ilios | Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.
Each of the restaurants prepared a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for the table host and their guests. After dinner each limousine returned everyone from the table to a fabulous cocktail reception venue for an after dinner treat.
