Since Chef / Owner Mike Ponluang opened Coco Asian Bistro & Bar, in the Harbor Shops in Ft. Lauderdale in April of 2006, he has endeared himself to legions of loyal diners. Locals and visitors, alike, cannot get enough of Chef Mike's mouthwatering Thai dishes, as well as his superb array of fresh sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls. Chef Mike is truly dedicated to creating delectable dishes, comprised of fresh, high-quality ingredients, while incorporating fresh Thai herbs (including lemon grass, basil, coriander, and kaffir leaves) to ensure authentic flavor.
